Today I’ve finally sat down and picked the Affiliate Summit West 2011 sessions to attend besides the Summit’s keynotes, which promise to be great.
Here is my list:

Daniel M. Clark, Andrew Bennett, Mike Buechele, Jen Goode and Wade Tonkin will brainstorm marketing ideas for fictional items/services with audience participation.
2. Monetizing Pop Culture Content
Lisa Picarille, James Keating, Tricia Meyer and Kim Rowley will discuss monetization of pop culture content through monitoring trends, buying relevant domains, creating sites quickly, and cultivating communities.

Monday (January 11)
4. The New SEO Toolset

5. Leverage Your Personal Brand for Affiliate Success
Can’t miss this one (because I’m speaking it myself)! Together with Marty Fahncke, Jim Kukral and Barbara Rozgonyi we’ll discuss personal branding, the power of free publicity, and provide our audience with practical action items to take home.
Tuesday (January 12)
6. Are Your Buyers Mobile, Yet?
Navin Ganeshan, Alan Brand, Dan Gilmartin and Barg Upender will help the audience answer questions about the best operating systems, demographics of users, winning platforms for m-Commerce and more.
7. Why Affiliates Should Dominate Local Marketing
Angel Djambazov will demonstrate how innovative affiliates can take advantage of opportunities in this niche in ways that no other channel can.
The full Affiliate Summit West 2011 agenda may be found here. Many great sessions are gonna take place, and frequently really good ones at the same time. Good thing we’ll have access to videos of all sessions later.
If you’re coming to ASW11, and would like to meet with me, drop me an email. I have already scheduled a good number of meetings, but do have room for more.
