  1. I am sure it is hard to keep up with all the new networks popping up on the map, but you missed quite a few networks in your list of North American “CPA”, Lead Gen, Niche & Other Networks. I guess you never heard about Convert2Media.

    Just been through this list and it’s great to see how a large number of them have evolved and going strong today. There seems to be a fairly even mix of companies who have evolved, companies who look the same as they did back then and companies who have stopped trading.

    Always nice to go for a trip down memory lane.
